Grab your friends or coworkers and put together your team for our Thursday Night Duckpin Bowling League!
Our league is designed to be competitive without taking itself too seriously. Whether you’re a regular bowler or you’ve never picked up a duckpin ball before, everyone is welcome to join the fun.

2026 FALL LEAGUE INFORMATION
League Night: Thursdays
Season Begins: October 1st
League Game Times: 5:30pm, 7:00pm, 8:30pm
League Cost: $150 per team for the entire 8-week season ($25 per person with 6 bowlers)
Age Requirement: 21 and Over only

HOW THE LEAGUE WORKS
Each team may have up to (6) registered bowlers.
Each week, teams will bowl two complete games during their scheduled league time.
All available team members may bowl. After each game, the four highest individual scores from each team will count toward that team's total pin count.
Example
If six team members bowl and score:
145 | 132 | 126 | 118 | 105 | 92
The team's four highest scores would count:
145 + 132 + 126 + 118 = 521 team pins
The team's counted scores from both games are combined to determine its weekly pin total.
WEEKLY WINNERS
Each week's results are based on total pins from both games.
The team with the highest qualifying pin count for that week's league play will be considered the weekly winner.
Every pin matters because weekly scores also contribute to the overall season standings.
SEASON STANDINGS
There are no playoffs.
Instead, the league champion will be determined by performance throughout the entire eight-week season.
Each team's qualifying pin totals will accumulate during the season.
At the conclusion of Week 8, teams will be ranked according to their overall cumulative pin count.
The three teams with the highest season totals will finish in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
TEAM & PLAYER RULES
Teams may register up to six bowlers for the season.
Because only the top four individual scores count toward each game's team total, teams are not required to have all six players present every week.
A minimum of four bowlers is recommended to give your team the best opportunity to compete.
If fewer than four team members bowl during a game, only the scores of the participating bowlers will count toward the team's pin total.
Players must be registered members of the team to participate in league play.
EQUIPMENT
Alexandria’s provides the duckpin bowling balls needed for league play.
No bowling shoes are required.
Players may use their own gloves, wrist supports, or similar bowling accessories if desired.
SPORTSMANSHIP
This is a social league, and the goal is to have a great time while enjoying some friendly competition.
Good sportsmanship is expected from every player. Players should respect opposing teams, Alexandria’s staff, equipment, and other guests.
Aggressive behavior, fighting, harassment, excessive intoxication, cheating, or intentionally damaging equipment may result in removal from a game or from the league.
BOWLING & LANE SAFETY
For everyone's safety:
Bowling balls must be rolled normally down the assigned lane.
Do not throw or lob bowling balls.
Do not bowl backward, between your legs, or roll multiple balls at once.
Never step or walk onto the bowling lanes.
Do not attempt to adjust, untangle, or handle the pins or pin-setting equipment.
Notify an Alexandria’s staff member if there is an equipment issue.
SCHEDULING CONFLICTS
We understand that things come up.
If your team knows in advance that it cannot attend a scheduled league night, the Team Captain should contact the League Coordinator as early as possible.
Alexandria’s will make a reasonable effort to arrange a makeup time when lane availability allows. Makeup games are not guaranteed.
MISSED LEAGUE NIGHTS
Because overall standings are based on cumulative pin count, missing an entire week can significantly affect a team's season total.
Teams are encouraged to have enough registered players available throughout the season to avoid missed games.
If an approved makeup cannot be arranged, the team will receive no pin total for the missed games.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
If Alexandria’s closes or league play must be canceled because of severe weather or another unexpected circumstance, Team Captains will be contacted with information regarding rescheduling.
LEAGUE COMMUNICATION
Each team will designate a Team Captain during registration.
The Team Captain will be the primary contact for league announcements, scheduling information, standings, weather-related changes, and other league updates.
