Part-Time Front of House Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Part-Time Front of House Manager to help oversee daily operations and support our front-of-house team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, leads by example, and is committed to delivering a great guest experience.
Responsibilities
Oversee front-of-house operations during assigned shifts
Support and supervise bartenders & floor staff
Ensure smooth service flow and resolve guest concerns professionally
Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and organization
Assist with POS troubleshooting and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient service
Step in as needed to assist with bartending, serving, or hosting
Monitor staff performance and provide real-time coaching
Ensure all policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed
Qualifications
Previous restaurant or bar experience required
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay calm and organized in high-volume situations
Comfortable working nights and weekends
Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
Schedule
Part-time hours based on business needs
Evening and weekend availability required
What We’re Looking For
Someone dependable, proactive, and guest-focused who can step in, take charge of a shift, and keep operations running smoothly without needing constant direction.
BARTENDER / SERVER: (22+)
Part-time. (21+) As a Bartender / Server, you’re responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our awesome customers! It is important that bartenders provide the best guest experience possible and ensure every guest has a fantastic time at Alexandria’s! $5.25hr + tips
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet guests – be friendly & knowledgeable
Check for proper identification before serving guests
Work efficiently and ring up products into the POS system correctly
Make drinks quickly and consistently
Learn all of the food and beverage options that we sell
Work together with other TEAM members. Play nice, work hard, have fun!!
Complete opening and closing duties – keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including, walking, standing, and/or lifting heavy items for extended periods.
Available to work a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
Ability to follow proper cleanliness and hygiene procedures.
Must work with a sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
EVENT STAFF: (18+)
Part-time. Wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, corporate events…you name it we do it! We are always looking for great event staff members that can help us deliver top notch service to our clients! $14 - $16hr + tips
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing excellent customer service to event hosts and guests
Clearing and bussing tables during periods of food service
Setting up tables, chairs and all dinner related items prior to an event
Cleaning up the event space following the event
Serving buffet style food to guests
Bartending during the event
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including, walking, standing, and/or lifting heavy items for extended periods.
Available to work a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.

CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT / SECURITY
(Weekends Only) 23+
Responsibilities:
Check ID's and validate the customers are at least 21 years old
Protect premises from vandalism and theft
Maintain a fun, safe and clean environment For Customers
Report any unusual occurrences
Help keep tables cleaned off and bar areas Looking clean and presentable
End of night cleaning and close out
Required Skills and Abilities:
Customer service approach with a positive attitude
Must have a calm demeanor, be able to talk to guests and have the ability to deescalate situations
Ability to work as part of a team with other staff members
Must be available to work nights and weekends
Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time; must be able to shift one’s body position from side to side. The ability to bend, stoop, kneel or stand up to six hours a day.

FOOD RUNNERS: (18+)
